- Development of job description and candidate requirements
- Active sourcing of qualified, experienced candidates through a variety of methods including targeted cold recruiting, social media, ongoing professional networking, and etc.
- Preliminary screening of resumes and initial phone screening of prospects to determine viability
- Thorough qualifying and interviewing of identified candidates
- Pre-employment skills and behavioral assessments and background and reference checks, as needed

Resume and Candidate Screening Package
System Search will thoroughly review 15 resumes* and perform in-depth interviews of the top 2 candidates, either in person or via video call. Their recruiting staff will assist with interviewing skills, including sample interview questions tailored to primary positions. Other services include:

- Two reference checks on up to 3 final candidates
