and Workers Compensation -
Day 3 of Commercial Lines
Basics, this course will review the Business Auto Policy, including Covered
Auto Symbols, Definitions, and major exclusions. The four major coverage
parts will be reviewed - Liability, Medical Payments, Uninsured and
Underinsured Motorist and Physical Damage Coverage. The second half of the
day will be spent reviewing the Workers Compensation Policy. Included will
be a review of the Workers Compensation Act and what benefits payable for a
job-related injury or illness. Also covered will be Federal Endorsements to
the Workers Comp policy such as the Jones Act and the Longshore and Harbor
Workers Compensation Act.
