Description of Course

  Loss control seminar.  What activities take place in an agency that could cause an E&O claim?  This course analyzes the systems and procedures that should be in place to help an agency avoid or minimize E&O claims.  Also, provides self audits and instruction on how to create a procedures manual.  This course was developed by ERC.
