FAQ on CE and Licensing ChangesWhen registering for an IIANC education course, your name must be the same as it is with the NC Department of Insurance or you will not receive credit. If you have questions on how your name is listed with the Department of Insurance, please contact them at (919) 807-6800.
The Voice Response Unit (VRU) is no longer being provided by the Department of Insurance as a way to check on your Continuing Education hours. This information is now available only online at the Department’s web site (www.ncdoi.com).
