Job Description:

Job Description    Serve as primary client contact for day to day issues on Life and Health book. Service book of business generating maximum of $350,000 in annual revenue. Assist Producers in getting quotes on new business and processing group renewals. Cross Sell existing customer base for additional coverages. Cross sell existing P&C customers for small group products.  

Job Requirements    Basic Requirements:

Associates Degree or certification through specialized vocational/technical training program.

Minimum of 2 years of experience.

Life and Health Insurance License

Broker License

 

Accountabilities:

AMS 360 experience

Serve as primary commercial client contact for day-to-day issues. Service Book of Business generating a maximum of $350,000.00 in annual revenue.

Assist Account Executive, complete new business applications, verify for accuracy, and follow up to ensure timely receipt of quotes and policies.

Cross-Sell existing customer base for additional coverage’s.

Re-market existing customers who need to change insurance companies.

Re-market existing customers who need to change insurance companies. Individual must display ability to sell and underwrite.

Customer Service Primary Contact for: Sales, Endorsements, Claims, and Cancellations.
