Job Description:	The RBC Insurance agent is responsible for generating first year premium from sales of life insurance, health insurance, annuities, and other financial services products offered by RBC Insurance. Sales are transacted through needs-based relationship selling using a Confidential Needs Analysis and Priority Profile®. Selling and customer service activities are conducted in an ethical and honest customer-focused manner. Our target market is individuals, families, and small businesses in the middle market. The agent must be licensed in the state(s) in which he or she is selling, and must be appointed only with Liberty Life Insurance Company and with approved strategic partners. Qualified candidates will have Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience, excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to analyze and respond to customer needs, computer proficiency in Windows-based software applications and use of the Internet.
