RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for success of division’s
operations and achievement of all business and financial objectives. Strong focus on growth goals of the
division, to include sales and client retention. Responsible for maximizing income; managing
carrier relationships; maintaining high level of customer service and work
flow; and employee job satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree desired. 7 –
10 years experience and knowledge in management (agency or brokerage), sales
experience, and carrier relations.
Strong leadership, decision making, and communication skills. Current valid license in appropriate
insurance/risk management discipline(s) required. |
