With national responsibility for the delivery of agency operations and sales development workshops, Jeff works with agency personnel and agency owners on addressing internal infrastructure inefficiencies and provides guidance to establish procedures that will improve the overall effectiveness of agency performance in areas such as job designs, workflow, compensation, marketing strategies, mergers and acquisitions. Jeff has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Hampton University and is a certified instructor in the delivery of continuing education training through Saenger Consulting Group.

Dr. Brenda Wells
Brenda Wells holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Ph.D. in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Georgia. She has spent over 30 years studying and teaching risk management and insurance. She currently serves as the director of the RMI program at East Carolina University and is the Robert F. Bird Distinguished Professor of Risk Management and Insurance. 

Brenda has published articles in numerous industry publications, including Journal of Risk and Insurance. Her current research interests include business ethics, mass tort litigation in the pharmaceutical industry, the effect of marijuana legalization on the insurance industry, social media, cyber liability and how insurance education impacts public attitudes towards the insurance industry. 
Outside of her duties in academia, Brenda serves as a private consultant and corporate trainer to the insurance and risk management industry. She has served as an expert witness and consultant on several court cases. Her consulting firm - Risk Education Strategies - offers agency management consulting, social media consulting, agency valuation, risk management audits, and more. Ron White

Ron White is without question the nation's #1 Memory Expert and is one of the tops in the world. He has competed in the 2009/2010 USA Memory Championship and brought home the gold medal both years. He competed against 51 other mental athletes and was the last man standing. In the process of winning the tournament Ron set two new national records. He memorized a 167 digit number in 5 minutes and a deck of shuffled cards in only 1 minute and 27 seconds. Both are new national records and Ron is the only person to hold 2 national memory records in the United States.
