Dan Gilbert Insurance is seeking a detail-oriented, full-time Personal Lines Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities:

  • Service existing clients with policy endorsements, payments, reinstatements, renewal, answering customers' questions and solving concerns regarding their insurance policies in the office and by telephone.
  • Write new business from incoming requests and by developing leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Establish Customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

Job Experience/Qualifications:

  • Valid NC Property & Casualty license
  • 2 years personal lines, property & casualty experience
  • Minimum High school education/some college and or degree a plus
  • Experience with AMS360 desired
