Junior Golf

The Trusted Choice Big "I" Junior Classic, formerly the Independent Insurance Agents Junior Classic (IIAJC), is a nationally recognized golf tournament for teenage amateur golfers that is designed to foster good sportsmanship and healthy competition among youth. It has the largest field of any tournament, world wide, that can be won by an individual. Beginning with more than 12,000 young golfers competing in local and state tournaments, only the top 160 players are chosen to compete in the finals at the national level.

The Trusted Choice classic is sponsored by the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America and its 28,000 members and is cosponsored by The Tiger Woods Foundation.

The North Carolina Boys Division is organized in three phases: 1) regional qualifying tournaments, 2) state tournament, and 3) national tournament.

The Girls Division has two phases: 1) state tournament and 2) national tournament.
