to the Previous PageIIANC will award Fellowships to attend a CIC Institute during each year. The Fellowships are presented in the honor of Dr. Robert S. Cline, CPCU, CLU, Educational Consultant for the CIC Program in the Carolinas from its inception in 1976 to 1991. They are awarded at the CIC conferment ceremony. Each Fellowship covers the entire registration fee to one institute in North Carolina from the date awarded through one calendar year. Any individual who has a minimum of two years full-time experience in the insurance industry but does not currently hold the CIC designation is eligible.
