Agents' Mission
The Young Agents
Committee serves as the unified voice for all young agents in North Carolina
and as the connection which perpetuates the future of the independent insurance
agency system.
Through effective
leadership and use of resources, the mission of the Young Agents is: To attract,
develop and educate young independent insurance agents.
To instill professionalism and ethical behavior
To address legislative issues surrounding our industry
To promote good community relations
To foster an environment in which young insurance professionals can interact with each other resulting in successful career paths for young agents and growth for their agencies.
Who is a "Young Agent"
Individual must be under 41 years of age
Individual must be a NC licensed agent
