The Million Dollar Tasks and Processes That Will Make or Save $1 Million for Your Agency
Speaker: Dr. Billy Williams, President - Williams Family Investment Group and Inspire a Nation Business Mentoring

Each year, Inspire a Nation Business Mentoring, under the leadership of Billy R. Williams, Ph.D., tracks thousands of tasks, processes, and conversations from hundreds of insurance agencies around the country. This level of tracking allows us to assign a specific value to each task, process, and conversation.

Successful, high-value tasks make it into our member-only video and document library. Each process and task located in the video library had to generate or save at least $1 million in a 36-month period in order to make the cut.

During this session, Billy will share with you some of the "Million Dollar Tasks, Processes, and Conversations" they have identified. As an example, here are some of the tasks every agency should have in place:
-Drip email that is triggered by specific contact events such as birthday, policy review, or reported claim
-Business Text Messaging: text messaging is the number one method of communication used in the world today. It is also the most effective way to reach a customer or contact that has given you permission to text them. We use text messaging to request policy review appointments, send birthday greetings, follow up on a reported claim, and other important agency touch points.
-Gather testimonials: every well-written testimonial posted to Google, Next Door, or Angie's List will work 24/7 to drive new business and add credibility to your agency.

Don't miss this no fluff, no nonsense presentation and learn how to generate or save $1 million for your agency!

"How to Push 'Your Very Best' to the Next Level"

How many times in your life have you told yourself that you gave it all on a task so much so that you literally have nothing else to give? I have been guilty of this a lot in my life because I have experienced physical pain while pitching. I found myself giving into the pain, when in reality, if I focused really hard, the task became more powerful than the pain and I was able to re-focus my energies to get the job accomplished. How you perceive a situation’s difficulty level before you even start a task will directly affect your perception of the outcome.

I want to challenge everyone who hears me speak to take your “very best” to a new level. I will help you with tools that I have used in my career to fight through the fear and train your mind to take one more step when you don’t think you have it in you.
