The Commercial Lines Coverage Basics™ curriculum addresses key insurance topics, core coverages and risk management. This curriculum is an ideal learning experience for new staff (sales, service, underwriting or administrative) and includes 'knowledge checkpoints' to support concept acquisition and retention. The Commercial Coverage Challenge is also included in this series.

Risk Solutions IQ Training

New Level Partners has a NEW program for new commercial lines producers and account executives! 
 
Risk Solutions IQ (RSIQ) is a 10-week, interactive virtual classroom program where participants acquire new skills to assess risk hazards, exposures and coverage gaps while practicing their value proposition. RSIQ incorporates independent study with four 'live learning" web-session led by an expert mentor and providing extensive discussion and Q&A. The four segments are: Commercial Property, CGL/Products, Workers Comp and Final Case Presentation.

Pre-Licensing Courses

If your new hire needs to obtain his/her Property & Casualty license, we offer classroom, online and self-study options for the required pre-licensing course. Our classroom option is taught by leading instructors at the IIANC office in Cary. Online and self-study pre-licensing options are available from A.D. Banker & Company for the Life & Health or Medicare Supplement Certification.  Scholarships are available for classroom pre-licensing courses (must meet eligibility requirements).

eLearning Portals

Accelerate insurance knowledge with eLearning Portals from New Level Partners which bring new hire, business skill and leadership training to insurance professionals in an interactive online platform that is cost-effective and measurable. Over 60 modules are available on-demand for topics including CL and PL coverages, business communication and negotiation skills, and client management essentials. The Emerging Leader's Series is designed for new supervisors or managers. Each bundle includes multiple 45-60 minute courses and completion is flexible to the agency’s work environment (accessible for 4 months after purchase).
