This program is much more than the typical customer service training.  The series takes an in-depth look the day-to-day issues faced by account managers in their quest to become extraordinary.  Become an expert in client management, responding to multiple producers, prioritizing work, E&O pitfalls, etc...  Can't take all three modules in a row?  No need to worry.  Modules can be taken in any order to complete the program!
This class will cover Module 1 of the 3-part series program.

  • Characteristics of an Ultimate Account Manager
  • Customer Service Triad
  • Workflow Management
  • Working with Producers
