This program is much more than the typical customer service training.  The series takes an in-depth look the day-to-day issues faced by account managers in their quest to become extraordinary.  Become an expert in client management, responding to multiple producers, prioritizing work, E&O pitfalls, etc...  Can't take all three modules in a row?  No need to worry.  Modules can be taken in any order to complete the program!
This class will cover Module 3 of the 3-part series program.  

Module 3 will cover: 

  • Advanced desk management techniques
  • DO NOT DO list - things to stop doing in order to improve service
  • Generations at work
  • Best practices
  • Dealing with conflict and difficult people

CE Hours:  6 hours
Registration:  8:00 - 8:30 AM
Class Time:  8:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Lunch on your own)
