Registration:  7:30 am - 8:00 am 
Class Time:  8:00 am - 3:45 pm 
Optional Exam Review:  3:45 pm - 4:15 pm 
Exam:  4:15 pm - 5:15 pm 

Course Materials: Notebooks will be provided the day of class. However, if you are interested in reviewing in advance for the exam, the notebook will be available in your National Alliance PROfile account approximately 5 days prior to class.  The notebook will only be available to those who have registered to take the course.  To view your National Alliance profile and obtain a copy of your book, click here or contact 800-633-2165. 
 

*******Beginning January 1, 2022 all  CISR in-person classroom course exams will be online.  Participants will be able to access the online exam through the learning portal in their PROfile page. 

The CISR exam window will be 4:15 PM the day of the class through Thursday at 11:59 PM CST the week following the class.

The instructor/onsite coordinator will stay and proctor for those who attend a CISR in-person classroom course and would like to take the online exam on the day of the class.  The equipment for taking the exam will not be provided to the participants.  Those who would like to stay and take the exam will need to bring with them their own electronic devices.
