Customer Service is limited to one piece of the customer’s journey: when the customer has some sort of issue with your product or service. Good Customer Service is focused on making sure your business assists or helps your customer in this time of need.

Customer Experience, on the other hand, is much broader. It’s understanding how your customer is feeling and what they’re thinking every single time they interact with your business, from the moment they’re aware you exist up until…well…forever. Let Sydney show you how to customize our own customers' experience. She might even tell you about her beer fridge...

-Josh Lipstone, Lipstone Insurance

"The inaugural Young Agents Development Conference was one of the best overall conferences I’ve ever attended during my insurance career.  The variety of topics, the amazing quality of the speakers, and the medium in which the conference was delivered were a perfect combination.  The quick pace of the event was great, as it minimized time away from the office, and the overall cost associated with attending.  This year’s conference will build on the momentum from 2016, with an awesome agenda already in the works and a new location in Charlotte.  I’ve had the pleasure of hearing Brenda Wells speak at other events in the past, and her knowledge and expertise on progressive insurance matters will surely be a treat for this year’s attendees.  Don’t miss this event!!"
