Insurance Growth Academy, offered in partnership with The Sales Collective, is a three-month training experience featuring six bi-weekly live Zoom sessions, built for insurance producers and agency leaders committed to scaling performance. Each session dives deep into modern, real-world sales strategies, leadership principles, and proven tactics to increase premium written, close more deals, and develop high-performing teams. This isn’t recycled theory - it’s practical, personalized, and built for today’s insurance landscape. Whether you're a rising producer or a seasoned leader, you’ll leave each session with actionable tools, fresh perspective, and the confidence to grow your book, your team, and your bottom line. Growth isn’t optional. It’s expected.
Two tracks available, beginning August 15, 2025:
Producer Track: Sharpen your sales skills, improve your prospecting, and build stronger client relationships
Leader Track: Strengthen your team, lead with confidence, and implement strategies for lasting growth
Program Cost: $2,000 per person (includes a Sales DNA assessment valued at $600)
