IIANC's National Director, Bobby Salmon, is running for a seat on the IIABA Executive Committee in 2023. Bobby's extensive involvement with the independent insurance agency industry includes:

• IIABA Professional Liability Committee 2016-2018
• IIABA Government Affairs Committee 2018-present
• IIABA Board Steering Committee 2019-present
• IIABA InsurPac Committee 2020-present

Bobby is the Producer/Manager at INSURE/Correll Insurance in Raleigh, NC. With 31 years in the industry and management experience at his agency, Bobby brings a wealth of insurance knowledge, specifically in the commercial and liability insurance arena. During his career, he has handled the professional liability coverage for two insurance carriers – Builders Mutual Insurance and The Redwoods Group. In addition, most of his agency’s current book of business is focused on the professional liability for architects, engineers and some technology companies. Bobby’s agency is a strong supporter of IIANC and IIABA programs, having had their E&O insurance with Westport for over 30 years.

Bobby has been one of IIANC's most dedicated volunteer leaders for many years having served on numerous committees and task forces, and many times as the chairman. Involvement includes: Young Agents Committee - Past Chair; Legislative, PAC, Products & Services, Advertising, Surplus Funds, and Audit Committees; Bylaws Task Force - Past Chair; IIANC Board of Directors - Past Chairman; Governance & Leadership Committee – Past Chair.
