New for 2026: Trusted Choice® Marketing Reimbursement Program (MRP) Guidelines
The Trusted Choice® Marketing Reimbursement Program (MRP) is continuing into 2026 with no major changes to the overall structure of the program. Member agencies can still receive up to $1,000 per agency to help offset the cost of eligible marketing efforts, including digital advertising, approved TechCompare vendors, and qualifying marketing education.
Reimbursements for 2026 marketing expenses remain at 50% of cost, with a maximum reimbursement of $1,000 per agency (limited to one location). Funds are available to all Big "I" member agencies, even if your agency has participated in the program in prior years.

2025 Marketing Reimbursement Program Guidelines
2025 brings some significant changes to the Trusted Choice® Marketing Reimbursement Program (MRP) where your agency can offset the cost of advertising and get money back. Trusted Choice will continue to reimburse a portion
of expenses incurred in 2025 by Big "I" members for advertising and marketing materials, but with some new guidelines.
Reimbursements are made at 50% of cost with a maximum reimbursement amount of $1,000 per agency for 2025 expenses. Funds are available to all members – even if your agency has used the program in the past. This 50% match is based on one allotment per member agency (limited to one location.)
There are three main components to the 2025 guidelines:
Digital Marketing Efforts –This includes digital marketing efforts executed by a member agency in calendar year 2025 highlighting your agency and/or independent agents. Funds can be used towards production of digital materials (when paid) or towards cost of ad placements. Eligible efforts include but are not limited to: online display and banner ads, paid social media ads, PPC ads, ads on streaming services like YouTube and Hulu, digital sponsorships, ads within apps, graphic designer costs for email and logo development, and more. Subscriptions and recurring payments are not eligible. New this year: your agency no longer needs to use the Trusted Choice logo in your advertising efforts to be eligible for reimbursement.
TechCompare Vendor Services - This reimbursement is available to enhance your agency's marketing and technology capabilities. Leverage any MRP eligible vendor on the TechCompare platform as a new customer in 2025, and be eligible for reimbursement of up to $500 per vendor. Your agency may utilize the funds with one or more vendors during the year. Note: agencies who utilize program funds will be required to leave a review of their experience on the platform within six months of being reimbursed.
Marketing Education - Funds may also be used for marketing education courses or marketing conference registrations. Trusted Choice recommends courses covering general marketing, social media marketing, small business marketing, SEO and more. All courses/conferences must be approved by Trusted Choice to confirm eligibility. College tuition and state events NOT eligible. Reimbursements for 2025 marketing expenses will be accepted through the end of February 2026.
