Speaker: Byron Reese
*Pending CE Approval

Recommended for: All agency roles, including Agency Owners/Principals, Operations Managers, Producers, Account Managers, CSRs

Artificial intelligence is transforming nearly every aspect of business, and the insurance industry is no exception. From underwriting and claims to customer service and agency operations, AI is creating new opportunities to work smarter, serve clients better, and reimagine what's possible.

In this thought-provoking keynote, futurist and bestselling author Byron Reese explores how AI is reshaping the future of insurance and why the most successful organizations will be those that approach change with curiosity, adaptability, and optimism. Rather than focusing on disruption and uncertainty, Byron offers a practical and inspiring perspective on how emerging technologies can enhance human potential, strengthen relationships, and create new opportunities for growth.

Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of AI's impact on the insurance industry, insights into where technology is headed next, and a renewed sense of confidence about the opportunities that lie ahead for agencies, carriers, and insurance professionals alike.

1:15pm - 2:15pm
Optional Breakout Sessions (choose one):

#1: Leading with Influence: The Change Management Sales Process
Speaker: Jessica Yarbrough
*Pending CE approval

Recommended for: Agency Owners/Principals

This session teaches leaders why even the most extensively planned changes often don't go as planned, and how to make sure that never happens to them again. The same skill set that converts a prospect is the exact skill required to move a team. But when leaders treat change like a logical decision they're announcing instead of a sales opportunity, they get compliance at best and sabotage at worst.

Jessica's 5-step Change Management Sales Process gives leaders a simple, repeatable framework for the three most common types of change every leader faces. Attendees leave with the full framework and a chance to apply it either to an upcoming change they're planning or to one they wish they could do over.

Change management is the #1 leadership skill for the 21st century. Every mishandled change costs real money, erodes team trust, and chips away at agency valuation. But when leaders get this right, the result is a team pulling with leadership against shared problems, instead of against leadership in a game of tug-of-war.

Speakers: Joe Stewart, Sen. Vickie Sawyer
