IIANC is excited to introduce the iHEAL Collective, a new professional community created for agents working in Health, Employee Benefits, Annuities, and Life Insurance across North Carolina.
Designed to support real-world agency needs, iHEAL provides relevant continuing education, timely regulatory insight, and opportunities to connect with peers navigating an increasingly complex and evolving space.
There is no cost to participate - iHEAL is included as part of IIANC membership.

Employee Benefits Training Through the Agent Development Program
As part of IIANC membership, agencies receive free access to the Agent Development Program, which now includes 22 newly added Employee Benefits courses designed to support agencies offering or expanding benefits services.
These on-demand courses focus on practical, real-world employee benefits topics and are available at no cost to IIANC members and employees within their agency - making it easy to train teams, strengthen benefits conversations, and build internal expertise across your organization.
Courses are accessible anytime through the Agent Development Program, giving agencies a flexible, scalable way to develop staff and support long-term growth in employee benefits.

FREE Health Insurance Symposiums (March-April 2026)
IIANC and NABIP-NC members are invited to attend one of five 2026 Health Insurance Symposiums, produced collaboratively by the two organizations, happening across North Carolina this March and April. Each FREE event includes three hours of CE from 2:00-5:00 PM, followed by a legislative reception at 5:00 pm, where attendees can connect directly with members of the NC General Assembly. These events are sponsored by the iHEAL Collective and are open to licensed life and health agents. Space is limited to 50 attendees per location!
