Together, you’ll explore how to intentionally design a personal look that reflects confidence, authenticity, and professionalism. Maribeth will also address the realities of today’s workplace—from Zoom calls to hybrid environments—and share easy strategies for adapting your wardrobe across settings while maintaining a consistent and polished personal brand.

 

Jessica delivers a reflective and challenging keynote for agency owners and operations leaders who know their organizations could be better—but feel the weight of growth, change, and complexity. Drawing on her unconventional journey from interior design to insurance operations, Jessica reframes agency leadership through a design lens, showing how intentional structure, values, and decision-making shape culture and outcomes long before tools or tactics ever do. Through practical stories and clear metaphors, this talk invites leaders to reconsider how meaningful work is defined, how ownership and growth are cultivated, and how vision carries teams through discomfort. Certified Chair Yoga Instructor Akshata Malur will guide participants through a 15-minute chair yoga routine designed to gently stretch, energize, and relax muscles during a busy workday. This accessible session can be done right at your desk and includes a take-home worksheet of simple exercises you can use back in your office to recharge and reduce tension throughout the day.

 

Jessica will introduce some practical, leadership-level framework for evaluating technology decisions based on outcomes, readiness, and return—not hype or fear of being left behind. Attendees leave with a clearer lens for making smarter tech decisions, stronger alignment between systems and people, and a renewed focus on fully leveraging their agency management system as the foundation for sustainable growth.

In this short roundtable reflection, participants will respond to a few short prompts that will help focus on something meaningful to accomplish this year.
