Whether you’re an individual member or an agency principal, we’re asking you to take a few minutes to review and update your IIANC account by June 20th.

For All Members
Keeping your personal IIANC profile up to date ensures that we can tailor your experience based on your role, license type, and interests. When your information is accurate, we can send you updates and training opportunities that are actually useful to you.
To make the process simple, we created a short step-by-step video that walks you through how to update your online IIANC account.
*To qualify for the prize drawing, members must complete at least the Name and Contact Info, Personal Demographics, and Licensing sections of their profile.
For Agency Owners & Principals
If you’re an agency principal or owner, keeping your agency’s profile current is just as important. Accurate agency data helps us provide the right resources to your team, improve our member communications, and better understand the needs of agencies across the state.
We’ve created a couple of short videos to guide you through this process. One explains how to update your agency’s information, including business details and the "Percent of Book" section. Another shows how to add new team members to your roster so they receive important IIANC communications as well. Once you’ve reviewed the videos, you can log in and make updates in just a few minutes.
