She built her independent brokerage from the ground up into a growing firm serving individuals, families, and businesses across North Carolina.

With a Master of Public Administration and a strong background in business development and client advisory, Ashley delivers clear, customized risk and protection solutions tailored to each client’s needs. As President of the Pittsboro Women in Networking (WIN) Chapter and an active community leader, she brings her expertise, education, and entrepreneurial drive to the iLEAD Committee, supporting the growth and development of the next generation of independent insurance professionals.
