Cheddar

The Independent Insurance Agents of North Carolina is pleased to announce the appointment of its newest executive team member, Cheddarton Cespedes Knight, affectionately known as Cheddar. After a rigorous multi day consultancy at the IIANC office, Cheddar demonstrated an unmatched ability to brighten moods, lower stress levels, and charm even the most caffeine dependent among us. He has now accepted a full time role as Chief Morale Officer.

Cheddar is a three year old mix of Poodle, Bichon and Shih Tzu, although most experts describe him simply as “a walking teddy bear.” He brings a strong background in emotional support, executive level napping, and operational cuteness. During his office residency he quickly became a favorite among the team, greeting staff with enthusiasm and offering well timed morale boosting snuggles.

Cheddar has officially been adopted by Aubie and Natalie Knight, but he has pledged his continued commitment to IIANC and will maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate his leadership responsibilities.
