Franceline Casanas

Franceline is an eLearning Developer at IIANC with a background in customer service and digital learning. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida International University and a certificate in software engineering from the Flatiron School coding bootcamp. She has spent several years designing engaging learning experiences for professional audiences, including four years creating courses for healthcare professionals. She enjoys bringing creativity and strategy together to design learning that is thoughtful, effective, and learner‑focused.

Originally from Miami, Florida, Franceline has also lived in Minnesota and South Carolina before settling in North Carolina in 2022. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Steven, and their dog, Marty, and values opportunities to connect with family, even when they are spread across different states.
