Garrett Beatty, TRA

Garrett Beatty has lived in the triangle for more than 20 years and is proud to call North Carolina home. He graduated from Apex High School in 2019 and earned his associate degree from Wake Tech in 2024. Before entering the insurance field, Garrett worked in retail, where he developed a strong foundation in customer service and communication. He originally planned to continue his education at NC State but decided to explore a new path. That decision led him to the Spring 2024 InsurAcademy class, where he earned his Property and Casualty license in May. He joined IIANC the following month and has been part of the team since June 2024

Fun facts about Garrett:

• He is an avid fly fisherman and spends many weekends in the mountains of Western North Carolina chasing trout, especially with a dry dropper setup.
• He is a dedicated LEGO collector, with a special love for LEGO Star Wars sets. His largest build so far is Barad-dûr, Sauron’s tower from The Lord of the Rings.
• He owns 2 pitbulls, Ruby and Lynley.
