Jennifer Nielsen

Jennifer Nielsen is a personal lines insurance leader with 13 years of experience in the insurance industry. She has spent her entire career in personal lines, progressing from agent and account manager roles to senior leadership as a Personal Lines Department Manager.

Jennifer holds the CPRIA, CISR, and IA-MBA designations and earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management & Insurance from Eastern Kentucky University in May 2022, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a 3.92 GPA while working full-time in the insurance industry. She was an active member of Tau Sigma and Gamma Iota Sigma during her academic career.

Known for her passion for learning and teaching, Jennifer is deeply engaged in operational excellence, agency management systems, and professional development. She has served on the IIANC Young Agents Committee (now iLead), volunteered with Applied Client Network, moderated a leadership panel at Applied Net focused on women in leadership, and currently serves as a member of the Women IA-Executives Network (WIN) Committee. Jennifer is especially committed to educating clients, mentoring professionals, and helping teams build confidence through clear processes and strong foundations.
