Julien Brandt

Julien Brandt is the Founder & CEO of Ampra.ai, a fractional AI and automation team that helps established small and mid-sized businesses turn AI’s potential into practical improvements in how they work. After building and selling his digital marketing agency in 2023, he launched Ampra in early 2025 to help business owners navigate and adopt these tools with confidence.

Through strategy, hands-on implementation, and team training, Julien and his team help businesses leverage AI and automation to reduce repetitive work, improve quality, and free up time for the relationships and decisions that drive growth. He brings a business owner’s perspective to AI, with a focus on clear examples, useful tools and workflows, and practical steps people can apply right away.

Julien is a longtime member of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), serves on the EO San Diego board, and enjoys coaching and mentoring fellow entrepreneurs. He also serves on the board of the Better Business Bureau serving the Mountain West and Pacific Southwest. His previous company was among San Diego’s first 10 Certified B Corporations and was recognized as one of the city’s best places to work.

Based in San Diego, Julien enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children, traveling, and seeking out great food and fun experiences!
