Lisa Burke, MS

As the Learning Experience Manager at IIANC, Lisa Burke manages the Learning Management System and develops impactful eLearning solutions that are designed to solve business challenges and support agent success.

Lisa brings experience in project management, education, and engineering. She has recently earned a certificate in Training and Performance from IDOL Academy, the first accredited virtual trade school for instructional design and online learning where she was awarded twice for outstanding course creations and instructional design excellence. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a master’s degree in education and has worked in a variety of roles in both industries.

Respected for her knowledge, skills, and professionalism, working with subject matter experts is her forte. She is very approachable and makes it a priority to establish and maintain highly supportive and collaborative relationships.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and is an NC State mom – Go Pack! Lisa also loves learning new things and enjoys reading, gardening, and baking.

Fun facts about Lisa:

• She has written and published two books for educators, supporting her passion for empowering the adult learner.
• Originally from the NY Metro area, Lisa and her family are Yankees fans and once drove to New York City for the day to attend a World Series game.
• Lisa is a first generation American, speaks Italian, and her favorite food is pasta.
