Daniel Rohrbaugh, TRA

Daniel Rohrbaugh founded Raleigh Insurance Group in 2017. Before starting his agency, Daniel was the Office Manager for a State Farm Agent in Knightdale, NC, where he specialized in Personal Lines. Daniel is originally from Lexington, NC, and moved to Raleigh when he attended North Carolina State University. He and his wife, Laura, have been married for eleven years and they have a son and a daughter.

Daniel currently serves as Immediate Past Chairman of the iLEAD Committee, where he previously led statewide initiatives focused on leadership development, engagement, and professional growth for young agents. Through this role, he also previously served on the IIANC Board of Directors, contributing a young agent perspective to association leadership and strategic decision-making.

At the national level, Daniel serves on the National Young Agents Committee, representing North Carolina and supporting efforts to strengthen and advance young agent programs across the country. His involvement reflects a strong commitment to the long-term success of the independent agency system.

Outside of the insurance industry, Daniel is an active member of First Baptist Church of Raleigh, where he serves as a Deacon and participates on several committees.

Hobbies: NC State athletics, exploring North Carolina, playing golf, raising kids!

Fast Fact: Daniel was the Quarterbacks manager for NC State’s Football team while in college
