Jo Ann Lemons

Jo Ann is a part-time Accounting Clerk at IIANC. She has a degree in Accounting from CCCC and a degree in Early Child Education from CCCC. She started out her career as a Controller and decided to earn a degree in Early Childhood Education. For eight years, she taught children in the Head Start Program but stopped in December 2021. With the many changes she decided to re-enter the accounting field working part-time. In her spare time, she trains for Half-Marathons, enjoys time with her family, reading mystery books and listening to music. Her favorite is country music, especially Chris Stapleton!

1. She was able to attend a small round table meeting with President Clinton April 28, 2000, in Whiteville NC.
2. She loves her family, the beach and reading
3. She lives on a farm with her husband and their 2 rescue dogs
